Training and Recruitment Manager : G4S (Cameroon) PLC

G4S Cameroon is currently employing 7,000 employees and is seeking to appoint a Dedicated Training and Recruitment Manager responsible for the development of the recruitment team in Human Resources, develops successors and increases the value added by the team members.

 

Role Responsibility:

  • Maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
  • Ensure the compliance to the minimum standards of G4S  in regards to Learning and development
  • Ensure a best practice induction for all employees (management, support and operational)
  • Conduct an analysis of learning needs at organizational, job and individual level
  • Evaluation and review of learning and development opportunities/ programs/ initiatives on an annual basic
  • Generate Monthly and periodic Report to Senior Management Team.
  • Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
  • Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies as well as G4S clients for out sourced employees development needs
  • Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment and training process
  • Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions
  • Assist the Head of HR to short list candidates for support staffs and managerial job positions
  • Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters
  • Acts as a point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics for onward recommendations to the head of HR.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Three years’ experience in Training and Recruitment Management
  • University degree in Business Management/HRM/Strategic Management or equivalent
