WE ARE HIRING!!!To fuel our sales team, we are looking for Sales Development Representatives (Anglophones and Francophone) based in Yaoundé, who are hungry to learn enterprise software sales and launch or re-launch their careers. We want the best of the best and make sure the top performers are rewarded.About the job:• Get trained on the sales process and attend trainings to learn about the product and industry• Learn how to properly qualify, source and engage cold leads through outbound selling efforts• Make outbound customer calls to find new business and accounts minimum of 150 calls per day• Be proficient in basic product demos from your 3rd month (90 days)• Probation fee for first 90 days plus commissions on every sale. • Salary is negotiable after observation periodYou will be successful if:• You want to win all the time and you find motivation in temporary setbacks• Your ability to learn is off the chart and you are hungry for more• You love connecting with people online and on the phone
