Role & Responsibilities
Total satisfaction of the customer through painstaking processing of transactions, attention to details, meticulousness, customer loyalty and overall growth of the enterprise.

KEY PERFORMANCES INDICATORS
– Review all incoming transfers in FCY received the previous day and proceed with the retrocession.
– initiate all messages MT202 account to account and FX deal from the treasury
– Setting up the new treasury bills and bonds
– Follow up Treasury Bills and Bonds for liquidations
– Process in Finacle, the purchase orders for securities received from clients
– Follow up on all items in the nostro accounts and ensure their liquidation before 07 days.
– Prepare the liquidation memos for all correspondent fees in the nostro accounts and process them in FINACLE
– Setting up Interbank Placements and Borrowings
– Follow up Interbank Placements and Borrowings for liquidations and/or renewals
– Setting up and monitoring fx deals.
– Ensure the good outcome of all fx deals with the various counterparties.
– Review and follow up of the covers of fx deals and other deals with the various counterparties
– Setting up the new Term Deposits.
– Follow up matured Term Deposits and renew or close as stipulated by the contract.
– Review and send all outgoing transfers above XAF 50 000 000 to prefinancing
– Follow up transfers sent for prefinancing
– Ensure XAF is sent to BEAC when the prefinancing transfer is granted
– Ensure receipt of currency for all transfers granted by BEAC
– Review customer KYCs and create them in eTransfer
– Review and send transfer files of less than XAF 50,000,000 selected for the weekly envelope to BEAC
– Follow up the weekly envelope and justify it to BEAC within the regulatory deadlines
– Review and send to BEAC all transfer orders from foreign currency accounts received from customers and ensure their processing after cover
– Maintain rates in Finale Treasury daily
 
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum of Bachelors Degree or equivalent
– Professional Qualifications is risk management related fields
– In depth knowledge of operational risk
– Requirements pertaining to risk mitigation
 
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
