Position : Bilingual telemarketers - Yaounde

We are recruiting for one of our clients in the outsourcing sector : 03 bilingual telemarketers.

Missions

You will be responsible for prospecting and selling the products and services of our customers based in Europe (France, Germany, Denmark, Belgium, Sweden, Netherlands, etc.).

Eligibility

·         Be no more than 33 years old in 2023

·         Bilingual French/English (German is an asset)

·         An experience in a call center is an asset

·         Good negociation skills

·         Ability to speak with good diction.

·         Mastery of MS office

·         At least Bac+2 or HND in sales, marketing communication or any other field but with an experience in sales.

·         Be disciplined, persuasive on the phone and very dynamic.

·         Be able to work under pressure.

Salary

·         03-month trial period (non-renewable), 100,000 FCFA /month

·         If successful, permanent contract with base salary between 150,000 and 200,000 CFA + monthly sales bonus.

·         NB : Successful candidates will first be trained on the products and the European market before becoming operational.
