The Management of Xpertlane Consult requires the services of a Business Development and Marketing Officer
Main Role
 The Business Development and Marketing Officer will be responsible for identifying new business
opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, and driving
growth for our services.
Reports to : The CEO
Duty Station : Buea
Principal duties:
 Develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company
 Develop the overall Business Development and marketing strategy.
 Continually review and update marketing strategies and polices
 Maintain and develop CRM database, provide monthly reports and forecasts.
 In collaboration with the operations department, identify and follow-up new business opportunities
 Market business consultancy services through the various advertising platforms
 Conducts exercises such as direct marketing and conference participation
 Coordinate and train marketing agents.
 May Participate in the execution of business consultancy services.
 Any other duties relating to the position.
Requirements
 Minimum HND / BAC +2 in Accounting and Finance or Business Management.
 Minimum 01 year professional experience (including internships)
 Experience in Taxation, digital marketing, SAGE Saari or QuickBooks accounting softwares is an added
advantage.
