JOB DESCRIPTION
Operational Delivery

Engage clients in order to design and develop customized solutions matching their requirements
Work in collaboration with PreSales and Sales/Account Management teams to provide necessary inputs to close deals
Translate customer business requirements into workable solutions based on existing portfolio of Products & Services and Partnerships solutions
Execute standardization of Solutions per verticals and segments, based on Products & services portfolio, serving as Subject Matter Experts in related technology areas
Recommend to Products team improvements/adjustments required to meet current or future customers demands
Deliver timely customized solutions to Bid Office where required
Lead co-creation approach across the segments/verticals
Identify and recommend strategic partnerships to Products and business developments units, in order to enrich the capabilities of solutions
Synchronize with Technology and Products teams to ensure portfolio updates and support model update
Ensure transitioning of solutions designed to all impacted relevant units
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:

Master’s degree in IT, Telecommunications or related engineering fields
Certifications in ICT and related domains required
Fluent in English and French
Minimum experience of 3 years including:

2 years in IT/Telecoms industry experience in a sales or customer facing organization
Experience in ICT solutions deployment required
Training:

Relevant industry certifications in IT, Security and/or IP network (e.g. ITILv3, CISSP, vendor-specific certifications)
