Position: 01 Customer Recourse and Claims Executive

Prudential Beneficial Insurance is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Customer Recourse and Claims Executive based in Douala. Applications will be reviewed and processed in accordance with our Diversity and Inclusion Charter.

Main Missions:

• Manage and monitor customer recourse.
• Manage and monitor company appeals.

Main Activities:

• Investigate claims files.
• Process expert reports.
• Issue statements of defence and reminders.
• Send out notices of referral and unilateral requests.
• Draw up repair orders.

Skills:

• Mastery of automobile insurance.
• Mastery of insurance techniques.
• Good knowledge of current legislation.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and dynamism.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 2 years of higher education in Insurance.
• Minimum 01-year experience in a similar field.
• Bilingual.
