To achieve the business objectives, there is the need to ensure visibility of the Order To Cash process and put adequate internal controls in place that will ensure compliance within the OTC process.

To enable the Business Shared Service Centre improve in efficiency and effectiveness and realize greater cost synergies and even centralization of capability, performance is to be continuously improved and measured

Finally, maximise Guinness Cameroon SA (GCSA) sales by managing the order cycle processes (Free issues, Rebates/Credit bond, Credit and Debit Notes generation, and Promotional credit notes).



As OTC Controller:

  • Rebates Management: Liaise with Customer marketing, Commercial Finance for customer rebates and trade spends with 100% accuracy to DBSI.

  • Customer Service. Communicate proactively with Sales teams and Commercial Finance to keep them up to date with issues and developments affecting their customers’ rebates/credit bond and trade spends.

    • Adherence to all CARM controls in the processing centre continually looks for process improvement: to drive customer satisfaction and raise service efficiency.

The job holder may be instructed by his/her immediate superior to perform all tasks directly or indirectly related, additional, or supplementary to the scope of duties defined in this role profile




  • Finance graduate Qualification, Minimum Bac + 3.

  • Project management skills


 3+ years’ experience in GCSA Finance or related field, customer relationship experience is a plus, but not required.
