Package Description: Remuneration and benefits will be commensurate with the seniority of the role and in compliance with company remuneration policy and practice.

Job Introduction:

G4S Cameroon seeks to appoint a full time high performing, dynamic and professional individuals in the role Customer Service Manager in Yaoundé to ensure the smooth running of daily operations within the designated area of business; in such a manner as to ensure the continuous provision of a professional security service that meets the requirements of the relevant customers.

Role Responsibility:

  • Manage the work schedules of direct reports to meet agreed plans, contracts and agreements in a cost effective manner
  • Customer Liaison
  • Ensure Post Descriptions, emergency plans, registers and files are in place according to Customer and Company requirements.
  • Ensure that all Security Officers are inducted and properly trained to meet the requirements of the position/ post.
  • Audits and Assessments
  • Ensure all Company assets are accounted for, properly handled safeguarded and maintained.
  • Maintenance of discipline
  • Monthly and Weekly reports
  • Drive Health and Safety culture

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holder of minimum Advanced Level Certificate or French equivalent with some Working experience
  • Knowledge of monitoring systems
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Experience of Operations Management.
  • Understanding the organizational environment
  • Supporting and working with others
  • Delivering objectives
  • Motivational skills.
  • Good communication skills
  • Delivering great customer service
  • Sharing and Co-operating
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
