Plan International Cameroon is currently advertising for the following position of 20 Fields Agents for the cash base Transfer in project – Bertoua (Lolo, Timangolo, Gari Singho and Mbile)
Please note that this is a local contract.
Dimensions of Role:
This project is about a humanitarian assistance through a Cash based and multipurpose cash transfer project for Refugees in Lolo, Timangolo, Gari singho, and Mbile east region.
The project will be funded by WFP with technical and financial support from Plan Canada.
Holders of the position will be based in Lolo, Timangolo, Gari singho and Mbile
Typical Responsibilities - Key End Results of Position:
The Field Agent will among many other tasks perform the following:
Dealing with Problems:
The holder of the position has no authorization and will liaise with PU’s finance and Administrative department for all related finance and administrative procedures under the leadership of PUM. But his proactiveness will be key in planning and implementation of activities in the field.
Communications and Working Relationships:
The Field Agent should maintain a good collaboration and communication with beneficiaries, complain committee as well as with other actors in the zone.
Knowledge, Skills, Behaviours, and Experience Required to Achieve Role’s Objectives:

Ability to work under pressure and in remote area and in zones were security issues is a concern
