Develop Customer Facing Category Strategy (CFCS) – translating category marketing plans to customer & channel plans

Consolidated CD input into S&OP and own S&OP output – manage/ drive CD business performance in the month and quarter.

IBP – CCD integral part of brand community; provides customer, channel lens to brand JTBD; input into innovation / renovation business cases (e.g. pack size by channel, pricing, distribution & trade margins)

Channel strategies incl. new (ecommerce, omni-channel if applicable) and traditional channels (e.g. TT Food, Drug, etc.) by geography to win in-store/ online

Holistic customer/ channel investment (shopper marketing, trade marketing, in-store

NRM (Decision on Levers 3-5) & trade investments for category/ channel

Monitor competition activities, pricing and other relevant information that will enable rapid decision making by the brand team
KPI's
1 Deliver/ land the month and quarter plan
2 USG and Market Share of small ‘C’
3 Promotions/ TTS management & budgets
4 Distribution KPI/ CotC, Forecasting accuracy
KEY REQUIREMENTS

Needs an ambidextrous resources with strong CD experience

Min 5 years experience within CD (Multi skills within CD) and min 1 year in Marketing or vice versa

Minimum qualification Master degree in Maketing, Sales, Business or any related field
