Job Description & Summary
As a member of the AFSS HC Team, you’ll not only deliver technology support. You will take part in HR Transformation and help our team unlock their full potential and set them on the fast track to a better way of working. You will have the unique opportunity to leverage HC Tech tools expertise and inform our strategic development with data analytics and insights.
Advance local adoption of Workday HCM and Recruiting products in close cooperation with our Human Capital (HC) team members across the territory,
Provide training and ad hoc guidance on all HC tools processes to enable HC professionals, business stakeholders, and employees to more fully utilise the technology,
Troubleshoot key issues HC and staff members have with Workday and escalate issues to PwC Global AMS team as needed,
Contribute to change management process including functional requirements identification and validation,
System configuration testing and data integrity activities to ensure day-to-day performance of the technology supports business requirements,
Using your business analysis and data analytics skills to identify and document key metrics from Workday to inform local strategy,
Maintaining relationships with HC team members and other stakeholders based on trust, professionalism and engagement, building relationships and managing customer expectations.
Provide all HC reporting to the HC leadership in coordination with country HC
HR functional knowledge and detailed understanding of at least one aspect of the HR Employee proposition and life cycle,
HC tech tools experience of Core HR, and ideally and of the following modules: Talent & Performance, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting.
Advanced skills in MS Office and/or GSuite
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate with stakeholders,
Strong customer oriented approach coupled with the ability to mitigate problems and deliver solutions on the expected level
Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure,
Demonstrable specialist skills, for example proven business analysis techniques, organization design, HR technology specification and/or implementation,
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
A flexible approach, adapting your style to be successful working with both small and large teams,
Fluent in English and French
