AURE RH RECRUITMENT SERVICES SARL, Member of AREKO GROUP, is recruiting for one of its clients in the construction sector, a CRANE OPERATOR.

Job Title: CRANE OPERATOR

Main Mission:

As a Construction Site Crane Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of cranes on the construction site. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure precise and safe movement of materials and equipment.

Job Duties:

• Operate the crane in accordance with safety standards and established procedures.
• Load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies as needed for the site.
• Perform preventive inspections of the crane to ensure proper functioning.
• Communicate effectively with the ground team members to coordinate crane movements.
• Adhere to deadlines and production requirements while ensuring the safety of workers and property on the site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment around the crane.

Profile:

• Education: Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in heavy machinery operation with specialization in crane operation or equivalent diploma;
• Previous experience as a construction site crane operator, ideally on similar projects in the construction industry;
• Gender : Male ;
• Age: Between 35 and 45 years old.

Skills :

• Previous experience as a Construction Site Crane Operator;
• Valid crane operator certification ;
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures related to crane operation;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Ability to work in varied weather conditions and in an ever-evolving construction site environment;
• Attention to detail and adherence to quality and safety standards;
• Attention to detail and results-oriented.

Professional Abilities:

Rigorous and calm, uncompromising, serious and responsible, discreet, and able to work under high pressure.

Location: Douala.
