The Danish Refugee Council, hereinafter referred to as DRC, is an international non-profit, non-governmental humanitarian organization founded in Denmark in 1956 and has since grown into a global structure present in over 40 countries.

DRC started its Cameroon activities in 2018 and currently comprises a coordination office in the capital Yaoundé, a zone office in Buea covering the Northwest and Southwest regions, a zone office in Meiganga covering the Adamou and East regions, and currently an office in Kousseri covering the Far North region of Cameroon.

DRC Cameroon with its base in Buea will proceed with the launching of a Request for Proposal in a bid to purchase Non-Food and Shelter Items which are all in strict compliance with DRC’s procurement procedure. the DRC. The award of contracts will strictly be based on the best value for money as clearly stated on the invitation letter.

The purpose of the tender is to sign a purchase agreement with suppliers for a period of one year which may be renewable for a period 12 months. Delivery of the item will be done at the DRC warehouse in Buea and Kumba

   All specialized suppliers in the supply of Income Generating Activity items are invited to withdraw the tender   package by requesting from the following email address: etobi.ashunya@drc.ngo


This RFP comprises of Six Lots.

    Lot 1: Saloon and Manicure/Pedicure Items
    Lot 2: Non-Perishable Food Items
    Lot 3: Perishable Food Items
    Lot 4: Clothing
    Lot 5: NFI Item
    Lot 6: Electrical / Home Appliances

   All specialized suppliers in the supply of Income Generating Activity Items items are invited to withdraw the tender   package by requesting from the following email address: etobi.ashunya@drc.ngo or hardcopy from the address below
