Location: BEKOKO plant
Reporting To: MIS Supervisor-GRAINS
Job Type: Short-Term Contract (GRADUATE)
Sector: Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company

Responsibilities
•
• GRAINS SALES ORDER & DELIVERY ORDER preparation & Customer
releasing in a minimum time
• Grains Sales Report & Stock Report preparation daily: Accurate & efficient
• Grains delivery report sharing to the various Units regularly
• Assistance & support on the SYSTEMS & PROCESSES implementation and
Execution: Tracking, controlling & ensuring process is in place during
operations
• Assistance in the customer’s issues clearing with other departments linking
to the Sales Order preparation
• Check and tally all customer’s signatures with the Customer identification
document in Office
• Raise an alert and immediately inform your direct Supervisor in case any
customer refuses to sign the concerned documents
• Provide a ‘front desk’ service to the sales team, ensuring a high level of
customer service and dealing with queries from customers.
Skills/Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing or Finance
• Bilingual, very fluent in French and English (Speaking and Writing).
• Able to work flexibly during busy periods.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail and accuracy.
• Be familiar with data entry and spreadsheets.
• Training or experience in the use of Microsoft Office products or
equivalent.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of organizational and client
information
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent time management
