POSTE : Manager, Département Juridique et Fiscal
LIEU DE TRAVAIL : Douala, Cameroun

RESPONSABILITES  Traitement des dossiers de conformité
fiscale (particuliers, sociétés, fiducies)  Réalisation des mandats de planification et
de réorganisation juridique et fiscale  Pilotage des missions de contrôle fiscal,
contrôle douanier, contrôle CNPS  Management des équipes  Animation des formations internes et
externes en matière juridique et fiscale
QUALIFICATIONS  Être titulaire, au minimum, d’un BAC + 5 en
fiscalité  Excellentes capacités de gestion et
d’organisation  Solides aptitudes en communication verbale
et écrite  Bilinguisme (anglais et français) tant à l’oral
qu’à l’écrit
EXPERIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE  Huit (8) années d’expérience au minimum
dans les métiers de la fiscalité et du droit  Une expérience spécifique en matière
transactionnelle (M&A, due diligence, etc.),
est un atout

QUALIFICATIONS  Hold, at least, a Master's degree (GCE A
LEVEL + 5) in taxation  Excellent management and organizational
skills  Strong verbal and written communication
skills  Bilingualism (English and French) both oral
and written
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE  Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in
tax and legal professions  Specific experience in transactional matters
(M&A, due diligence, etc.) would add
significant value
