JOB DESCRIPTION:

Management of queries/complaints in the context of compliance with the requirements of the import verification program (PVI) and performance criteria in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Minimum of 3 years worth of International Trade experience or related fields and with a recognized qualification degree;
Experience and good knowledge of customer service management;

Good knowledge of import regulations in Cameroon;
•
Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
