Kimpa is in need for a dynamic Head of Marketing and Sales to take
charge of all marketing initiatives, including social media, digital
campaigns, advertising, and creative projects.
As the Marketing and sales Lead, you will be responsible for creating
strategic plans to establish and enhance our brand presence, allocating
resources to different projects, and setting both short-term and long-term
goals for the department.
We are looking for a talented marketing strategist who can inspire team
members and drive success. In this role, you will lead our Marketing and
sales department to maximize profitability and enhance competitiveness
in the market.

Responsibilities
 Craft strategies for all Marketing and Sales teams, including Digital,
Advertising, Communications and Creative
 Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the
Marketing and Sales department
 Set, monitor and report on team goals
 Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
 Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels
and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and
promotional material)
 Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas
 Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market
share
 Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans by Leading the field and
hiring the field sales agents
 Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and
features)
 Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
 Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
Requirements and skills
 Atleast, 3 years Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing,
preferably within our industry
 Experience running successful marketing campaigns
 Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Ads
 Experience with CRM software
 Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
 Analytical mind
 BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field
