CONTEXT
FHI 360 is a non-profit human development organization dedicated to improving lives in lasting ways by

DESCRIPTION
FHI 360 Cameroon is looking for suppliers who can provide office cleaning services with
a contract lasting 12 months:
Sections Requested Service Conditions to be met
Section 1 Provision of didactics materials
for work
Administrative Documents
(certificate of registration, certificate of
conformity, bank domiciliation)
Section 2 Provision of office cleaning service on
daily basis
Administrative Documents
(certificate of registration, certificate

Section 3 Provision of communication airtime credit
on monthly basis
Administrative Documents
(certificate of registration, certificate of
conformity, bank domiciliation)

CONTENT OF THE OFFER
The offer must include:
- Administrative documents and company agreement (updated)
- In a letter, indicate the conditions met, the service offered, the city of service (main basis
and cost (5 pages maximum)
- Minimum 03 proof of experience in the chosen sections
- Cost of the service in the chosen section
- Provide illustrative images (If applicable)
NB: For suppliers selected at the end of the process, the costs and conditions proposed must remain
valid for a minimum period of 12 months.

The evaluation will be done in 04 steps:
✓ Analysis of offers received.
✓ Inspection of administrative documents
✓ Checking cost and experience
