Management Sciences for Health (MSH) is a global health nonprofit organization that has been working since 1971 to strengthen health systems in over 150 countries by ensuring equitable access to healthcare and strengthening capacity at all levels. MSH strengthens health systems to address key health challenges, achieve universal health coverage, and ultimately improve population health. We improve health system functions through policy and practice changes that increase access, coverage, quality, and/or efficiency of health services, leading to better health outcomes in the countries where we work.

MSH has recently received an award NextGen Efficient Supply Chains Advance Patient Engagement (ESCAPE) from the USAID, with funding from the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, the President's Malaria Initiative, and the Global Health Security Agenda, aimed at strengthening Cameroon's supply chain and pharmaceutical management system by promoting transparency, accountability, and effective governance; increasing stock of critical medicines and medical products; strengthening capacity of the health workforce and local institutions; building efficient information and data systems to drive decision-making; and public-private coalitions to contain antimicrobial resistance. MSH is in the process of generating a list of approved vendors from interested eligible bidders for the provision of goods and services for the year 2025.

Required documents

•Bid letter specifying (i) the reference number, and (ii) the service description.

•Valid administrative and fiscal documents:

o Completed vendor Pre-Qualification form (This can be requested through email at cmprocurement@msh.org or a hard copy collected from the MSH office at Nouvelle Route Bastos).

o Valid and active company registration showing that the company is a legal entity

o Tax clearance certificate for the last three years at least

o Tax Registration Certificate

o Audited financial statements for 1-3 years. In the absence of audited financial statements, Vendors can provide other forms of documentation to provide some assurance of financial stability.

o Contact details of three (3) reputable organizations who can attest to the vendor's past performance.

o Quality assurance documentation: MSH would request Certificates of Analysis or Conformity, ISO quality system, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) inspection, Warranty, Sourcing Policy, and other SOPs as applicable.

o Vendor Price Index: Vendors are required to provide estimated prices and costs for each item they include in their vendor application. This includes the brand they supply, model # if necessary, and minimum ordering quantity. Please note that these prices offered must not be the prices used when conducting actual procurements
