WE ARE RECRUITING FOR THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SECTOR:
ONE (01) SENIOR B2B SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT Position based in Douala
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Lead the development of integrated B2B solutions, encompassing Cloud, IoT, IP Connectivity, UCC, and Security Services.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive Design Playbook, documenting reusable solution components, design principles, and templates for consistent and efficient delivery.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new services into CRM systems, enabling improved customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Develop and implement strategies to expand the telecom company's B2B technical portfolio, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
• Foster strong relationships with enterprise clients, identifying new opportunities for revenue growth and strategic partnerships.

Align technical capabilities with business strategies to deliver high-impact, customer-centric solutions. • Adherence to IT Best Practices
• Apply TOGAF principles to ensure robust enterprise architecture.
• Utilize ITIL service design principles to ensure solutions are operationally sustainable.
• Employ PMP methodologies to effectively manage projects and deliver on time, within scope, and budget.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, providing strategic guidance on digital transformation initiatives.
- Track and analyze the performance of implemented solutions, using data-driven insights to improve outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Master's degree in business administration, Enterprise Architecture, or Strategic Management is strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in the Telco and B2B environment, including at least 7 years in senior consultancy or leadership roles.
Proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale B2B solutions for enterprises, covering areas such as Cloud, IoT, and Unified Communications.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth through tailored solutions and strategic client engagements.
• TOGAF Certified Enterprise Architect
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Certification
• ITIL (Service Design and Transition) Certification
Advanced Cloud Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (preferred), AWS Solutions Architect Professional, or Google Cloud Certified Professional Architect
• Cybersecurity Certification (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, or CISM)
ETOM certification is strongly preferred.
Extensive experience in creating and implementing reusable design frameworks or playbooks to streamline processes and support cross-functional teams.
