JOB ADVERT: MARKETING OFFICER (CONTRACT POSITION) - Baptist School of Public Health (BSPH)

The Baptist School of Public Health (BSPH) Mutengene is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to work on a six-month contract basis, with the possibility of renewal based on performance. The Marketing Officer will be expected to:
     Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of the Baptist School of Public Health.
 Design and implement innovative campaigns across multiple platforms to attract prospective students and stakeholders.
     Engage with key stakeholders, including students, alumni, partners, and the community, to build strong relationships and partnerships.
     Analyze market trends and feedback to inform and improve marketing efforts and strategies.
     Manage the school's digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and online advertising.
     Organize and participate in events, fairs, and exhibitions to promote the school's programs.
     Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to align marketing strategies with institutional goals.
     Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
     A minimum of a BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.   Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within an educational institution.
     Strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
     Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
     Fluency in both French and English, with strong writing and verbal communication skills.
     Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytics software to drive data-driven decisions.
     Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
     Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualities: The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented professional with a passion for marketing and a commitment to enhancing the school's enrollment and brand presence. They should be able to effectively communicate the value of our programs and engage with diverse audiences.
