SECURITIES OPERATIONS MANAGER (M/F)

The company Europe Afrique Services (EAS), specialized in subcontracting and
human resources management, is recruiting for the needs of its client, a large and
prestigious bank, a Securities Operations Manager, for an assignment of 1 year.
RESPONSABILITIES
• Handle securities transactions for Group customers (retail and institutional)
and other distributors.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Compile and analyze OST files and manage customer communications;
• Analyze operations to ensure smooth running and completion of customer
instructions;
• Collect and process customer instructions (analysis, formatting, etc.);
• Follow-up on anomalies and processing rejects;
• Ensure that information is properly passed on to line management and the
rest of the team;
• Manage accounting suspense;
• Participate in setting up and updating procedures and data sheets;
• Handle OST closings (commission calculations, application and verification
of securities and cash transfers to customer accounts, etc.);
• Update the activity's documentation environment.

EXPERIENCE
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience for work of the same nature.
You have a good knowledge of financial markets in the CEMAC zone.
LEVEL OF STUDIES
BAC+4/5 in Banking and Finance or Accounting and Finance.
LANGUAGES AND OTHERS
-English : professional
-French : fluent
DURATION OF THE MISSION
1 year.
