CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS OF GOODS AND SERVICES FOR 2025

AMI N° 001 INSO/AMI/OPS-YDE /2025

The International NGO Safety Organization (INSO) is a non-profit humanitarian organization providing dedicated safety support services to the NGO community in Cameroon since 2019.

INSO is exclusively funded by institutional donors and provides a range of services to NGOs in more than 16 countries operating in conflict-affected areas, including security information and advice, training, and crisis management support.

The INSO vision is a strong, safe, and empowered humanitarian community able to deliver aid to vulnerable individuals in the world’s most challenging contexts with the minimum risk to their staff, partners, and beneficiaries.

The INSO mission is to work on the ground alongside NGOs to provide them with comprehensive, high quality, real time and relevant information, analysis, alerts, and advice on the local safety conditions, along with practical support, training and assistance that improves their situational awareness and supports informed decision making and crisis response.

INSO Cameroon is currently seeking to pre-qualify suppliers for the provision of various goods, works and services for 2025 in Yaoundé, Bamenda and Maroua to meet its program needs and in accordance with donor requirements.

This procedure is open to all qualified suppliers, contractors and service providers operating in Cameroon:

Interested and duly qualified suppliers, contractors and service providers are invited to submit their bids electronically in pdf document(s) to the INSO Electronic procurement tender box with the subject line: "AMI N° 001 INSO/AMI/OPS-YDE /2025" to: rfq@ngosafety.org

The evaluation criteria will be as follows:

-       Company Registration.

-       Tax registration ;

-       Tax Compliance Certificate.

-       Registration with the relevant authorities.

-       Experience with proof of work with NGOs in the last 02 (two) years.

-       Terms of payment and method of payment.

-       List of unit prices of products/items sold.

Any request for clarification regarding the RFQ must be received by INSO in writing to the email address below by 07/03/2025 at 5 pm Cameroon time.

The deadline for submission of entries is 10/03/2025 at 23:59 p.m. local time.

N.B:

-       Suppliers are requested to submit a file for each selected area.

-       The documents listed are all copies of valid and compliant documents.

-       Any form of solicitation will result in automatic disqualification.
