* Mission:
As Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in driving performance and efficiency across our operations. You will coordinate CI initiatives, provide training and coaching, and support various departments in boosting productivity and enhancing collaboration.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement top-tier continuous improvement systems
* Conduct audits to identify process gaps and coordinate corrective actions
* Analyze data to detect trends and reduce process variability
* Foster a CI mindset and culture within the factory
* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful improvements
* Profile:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented
* Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office (Pack Office)
