Main Responsibilities:
Account Manager - AR
• Deeply understand the pain points of the customers' strategies, business and network. Identify, influence and resolve customers' real and implicit requirements, and provide solutions to help customers achieve business success.
Plan, build, maintain, and improve organizational/Key/extensive customer relationship.
• Manage customer expectations and improve customer satisfaction.
Establish mutual trust and achieve win-win partnerships to support the achievement of Huawei's current, and long-term goals.
As the PD/Core member of the project team, nurture the market, seize the opportunities, and achieve project objectives through effective operations.
Be responsible for E2E transactions and operations management of projects/programs/ Bus, manage transaction quality, and effectively achieve business objectives.

Position Profile:
Minimum 5 years continuous working experience in ICT field, with good Technical background Fluent in both English and French
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
At least Bachelor degree in ICT/Marketing/Sales
Be a Cameroonian by Nationality
