JOB ADVERTISEMENT : Country OPERATIONS MANAGER - BCA BASSAGAL CONSULTING AFRICA - Cameroun

  Overseeing the day-to-day operations of EV charging and swapping stations, which involves managing the charging infrastructure & ensure stations are functioning properly.
•    Coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs, upgrades, and ensuring that the infrastructure meets the current standards and regulations.
•    Project management, which may include overseeing the installation of new charging  stations, expansion of existing infrastructure, and managing budgets and timelines for projects. Organizing, planning, and executing projects efficiently, often with tight deadlines.
•    Knowledge of the EV and construction industry (Civil and Electricals) is preferred, with at least 03 year of experience in the EV or similar industry.
•    Business development for new opportunities for station placement, partnerships, and strategies to increase the use of the charging infrastructure.
•    Technical expertise in electric vehicle, Charging Infrastructure, Batteries, IOT, Electrical systems, Power Discoms, AC/DC electrical components.
•    In-depth understanding of electric vehicle charging technologies, including various charging standards.
•    Experience working directly with engineering teams and managing programs across crossfunctional teams.
PROFILE
•    Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, energy management, or a related field.
•    5+ years of project management and operations experience in EV charging or swapping infrastructure, Telecom active/passive infrastructure systems, Battery systems.
•    Specific knowledge of electricity systems, renewable energy, or electric vehicles.
