•    Facilitate the onboarding process for new users by configuring PCs in alignment with company IT policies on data protection and security. Deploy advanced software to prevent and detect external intrusions.
•    Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.
•    Lead the implementation Of key IT projects across different company sites,
•    Design and implement new network setups for various company sites to ensure efficient and secure connectivity that supports business operations.
•    Manage access control and user permissions within company systems while maintaining security standards and compliance requirements.
•    Provide remote and onsite Ll and 1-2 technical support services to company staff across multiple locations.
•    Ensure the security Of company data and systems by implementing robust cybersecurity measures,including firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls.
•    Continuously review and improve support processes, workflows, and
•    procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer experience
PROFILE
•    Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certification, Microsoft Certification or ITIL
•    Minimum 3 years experience in IT support, network administration, and security management.
 • Hands-on experience configuring routers, switches, and firewalls .
