We are looking for an experienced and passionate English teacher for primary
school to join our teaching team. If you have a real vocation for teaching and want to

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated English teacher (primary school). As a key
pillar of our institution, you will be responsible for creating a positive and stimulating learning
environment that fosters the intellectual and social development of each student.
Job title: English Teacher (Primary School)
Location: Cameroon, Oloa (Yaounde north)
Main duties and responsibilities:
Develop detailed lesson plans, in line with curriculum guidelines and taking into
account the individual needs of each student.
Nurture a safe and engaging learning environment that encourages students to
actively participate and take constructive risks in their learning.
Implement innovative and varied teaching methods to respond effectively to students'
different learning styles.
Regularly assess students' progress through formal and informal evaluations, and be
flexible in reorienting lessons as needed.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and educational conferences, and be available
to discuss students' progress and concerns.
Make a valuable contribution to curriculum development in collaboration with other
teachers and the school headmaster.
Supervise extra-curricular activities and support the school's community initiatives.
Maintain communication with parents regarding the education and general welfare of
pupils.
Qualifications and skills required:
Hold a CAPIEMP or any equivalent qualification.
Experience of working with young children in a classroom environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
Flexibility and open-mindedness
Possession of a personal computer and fluency in English will be assets.HOW TO APPLY
