JOB ADVERTISEMENT : LMV Supervisor  - BEETLE HERITAGE HOLDING Douala

To ensure the effective maintenance, availability, and operational readiness of all Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs) by supervising routine services, coordinating repairs, monitoring vehicle health, and technicians for optimal fleet performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
FLEET MONITORING & SUPERVISION
•    Supervise daily operations and health status of all LMVs.
•    Monitor vehicle usage, service intervals, and breakdown trends.
•    Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance.
WORKSHOP COORDINATION
•    Oversee technicians and ensure service schedules are followed.
•    Verify completion of work and maintain job cards and maintenance logs.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
•    garage LMV technicians under your responsibility. Plan and assign daily tasks and shifts.
•    Conduct briefings, safety talks, and performance reviews.
BREAKDOWN & INCIDENT RESPONSE
•    Respond quickly to vehicle breakdowns and coordinate field assistance. -Investigate faults and escalate major issues to the HOD.
REPORTING
•    Submit daily reports on vehicle availability, maintenance status, and manpower performance. Highlight recurring issues and propose corrective actions.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
•    Diploma or Technical Certificate in Automobile Engineering or related field.
•    Minimum 3-5 years of experience in vehicle maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
•    Valid driving license (LMV category).
•    Experience in both preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance
