(01) AUTO ELECTRICIAN WITH A/C KNOWLEDGE (LMV & HCV)
JOB PURPOSE
To perform diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance of electrical and air  conditioning systems for both Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs) and Heavy Commercial  Vehicles (HCVs).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
VEHICLE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE (LMV & HCV)
•    Diagnose and repair faults in lighting, alternators, starters, batteries, instrument clusters, ECU wiring, and ignition systems.
•    Service and repair electrical systems including power windows, horn, indicators, wipers, and electronic sensors.
•    Troubleshoot CAN bus systems, relay circuits, and electronic control modules in  modern vehicles.
AIR CONDITIONING (A/C) SYSTEM REPAIRS
•    Diagnose and repair A/C issues for both LMVs and HCVs, including trucks and buses.
•    Perform refrigerant recovery, vacuuming, leak testing, and gas recharging.
•    Replace and service compressors, condensers, blower motors, expansion valves, and cabin filters.
•    Ensure HVAC systems in buses maintain proper temperature and airflow performance.}
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
•    Carry out scheduled electrical and A/C inspections for fleet vehicles.
•    Identify and replace worn-out electrical harnesses or A/C components.
•    Record and report recurring faults to prevent future breakdowns.
TOOL & EQUIPMENT HANDLING
•    Operate diagnostic tools such as multimeters, OBD scanners, A/C manifold gauges, and vacuum pumps.
•    Maintain and calibrate electrical and A/C tools in the workshop.
