As part of its growth, our client an innovative player in the Ag-Tech sector is recruiting a Country Manager to lead and scale its operations in Cameroon.

Posted based at Yaounde with mobility at Ntui. 

Your key responsibilities :
- Supporting business expansion and operations scaling 
- Drafting and reviewing contracts (HR, customer, and loan agreements) 
- Overseeing loan declarations and compliance topics 
- Acting as a liaison between local operations and the international team
 - Leading and managing Company’s activities in Cameroon

Profile Require : 
Education: MBA in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, International Business equivalence
Experience: Min 7 years of professional experience in an operational leadership role preferably in a agro-industrial sector.
Nationality: Cameroonian
Languages: Balingual( English & French)Location : Yaounde, with mobility at Ntui
Location : Based in Yaoundé, with readiness to regularly travel to N’tui

Hard skills : 

• A strong background in economics or business management 
• Proven experience scaling businesses in emerging markets 
• Solid understanding of Cameroonian tax, labor, and contract law 
• A structured communicator who can bridge legal, operational, and strategic topics
