Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-friendly Sales Girl to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in finding products, explaining features, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

•             Greet customers and offer assistance

•             Understand and promote Tech Universe’s products and services

•             Assist customers in locating the right product based on their needs

•             Explain features and specifications of phones, laptops, and accessories

•             Maintain an organized and clean sales space

•             Process sales transactions accurately

•             Keep track of stock and notify the team when inventory is low

•             Build long-term customer relationships through friendly service

•             Update product knowledge regularly

Requirements

•             Minimum education: GCE O-Level or equivalent

•             Experience in retail or customer service is a plus

•             Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•             Friendly, honest, respectful, and punctual

•             Able to work under minimal supervision

•             Must be based in or near Damas, Yaoundé

Working Hours

•             Monday to Friday

•             7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

·         Saturday

·         7:30 AM – 2:00 PM

·         One hour break daily
