As our Director of Marketing, you’ll own strategy, execution, and media buying for
multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue. You’ll lead a team
of specialists, manage budgets, and report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
• Craft and execute annual marketing plans aligned with growth targets
• Oversee digital, social, email, and offline campaign execution
• Manage media buying, optimizing spend for ROI
• Mentor, hire, and develop a high-performance marketing team
What You Bring
• 7–10 years of progressive marketing leadership
• Deep expertise in programmatic, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
• Proven success managing multi-million-dollar budgets
• Strong analytical skills with reporting tool proficiency
