Background
FHI 360 is a US non-profit human development organization dedicated to improving lives in
lasting ways by advancing integrated, locally driven solutions. Our staff includes experts in
health, education, nutrition, environment, economic development, civil society, gender, youth,
research, and technology, creating a unique mix of capabilities to address today's interrelated
development challenges. FHI 360 serves more than 60 countries and is based in Cameroon since
2019 with an office in Yaoundé, Bastos Street 1828.
Scope of Work
As part of the launch of one of our health programs, a workshop will be held during the second week
of September in the city of Yaoundé. We plan to hold this workshop for a maximum of five days with
between 100 and 200 participants. More details will be provided later.
However, we wish to request a proforma invoice from your establishment for translation and
interpretation service as detailed below.
PS: It would be helpful if you could provide a detailed breakdown of the various costs, by participant
and by day.

CONTENT OF THE OFFER
The offer must include:
-Administrative file with
-updated administrative documents and company agreement: certificate of registration, certificate
of conformity, bank domiciliation
A technical file with:
-A one-page letter of introduction
- Presentation of the firm/ company profile
- Approach, Methodology, and Work Plan / Operational Processes: Provide detailed information
on the internal/external processes that will be put in place to carry out
the work.
- Minimum 03 proof of experience with credible organizations/companies
- CVs of interpreters who demonstrate solid experience
Financial file
-Submit a detailed pro-forma invoice highlighting the cost of fixed equipment and equipment
whose quantity varies according to the number of participants, as the exact number cannot yet be
communicated. and including any applicable taxes.

Evaluation
The evaluation will be done in 04 stages:
✓ Analysis of the offers received
✓ Inspection of administrative and legal documents
✓ Verification of cost and experience
✓ Site visit if necessary
