Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Network Administrator to manage and maintain the IT and network infrastructure at our Cameroon office. The ideal candidate is technology-driven and capable of ensuring the organization’s systems function efficiently and securely, supporting the delivery of our educational programs.
Key Responsibilities

    Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and servers.
    Ensure system security, backups, and maintenance.
    Monitor network performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
    Provide technical support to teams and users.
    Assist with implementing new technologies to improve organizational efficiency.

Work Experience

    Proven experience in network administration or IT, preferably in an organizational or NGO setting.
    Knowledge of Windows, Linux, servers, VPNs, and network security.

Qualifications

    Degree in IT, Networking, Systems, or a related field.
    IT certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA) are a plus.
    Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly.
    Professional English proficiency.
