Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Education Assistant to support our educational programs for underserved children. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and youth development, working directly under the supervision of the Regional Director of Education to assist in organizing and implementing lessons, activities, and events.
Key Responsibilities

    Support the Regional Director of Education and teachers in preparing and delivering lessons and educational activities.
    Assist in monitoring and evaluating children’s progress.
    Participate in organizing educational events and workshops.
    Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all children.
    Provide administrative support for educational programs.

Work Experience

    Experience in teaching, childcare, or youth programs.
    Ability to work with children of different ages and needs.
    Ability to collaborate effectively with directors or educational supervisors.

Qualifications

    Degree in Education, Pedagogy, Social Sciences, or a related field.
    Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    Ability to work in a team and follow educational guidelines.
    Professional English proficiency; French is a plus.
