JOB TITLE: IT Infrastructure & Helpdesk Executive

Basé à / Based in: Douala.

I. Missions Principales / Main Missions
 Réaliser les opérations de maintenance de l'infrastructure SI. / Performing maintenance operations on the IT infrastructure.
 Gérer l'inventaire du parc informatique. / Monitor the inventory of IT equipment.
 Support informatique aux utilisateurs (Helpdesk). / Providing IT support to users (Helpdesk).
II. Activités Principales / Main Activities
 Réaliser les actions de maintenance préventives et curatives sur le SI et les serveurs. / Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on the IT system and servers.
 Effectuer les actions de sécurité et de protection des accès réseaux et de la gestion des certificats. / Perform security and protection measures for network access and certificate management.
 Planifier et suivre les évolutions et les capacités des infrastructures IT et des Bases de Données. / Plan and monitor developments and capacities of IT infrastructure and databases.
 Gérer l'acquisition du matériel informatique. / Manage the acquisition of IT equipment.
 Former les utilisateurs à l'usage des outils numériques liés au travail. / Train users in the use of work-related digital tools.

III. Pré-requis et Compétences / Prerequisite and Skills

Formation & Expérience / Education & Experience
 Formation : Bac + 3/4 en informatique ou équivalent. / Education: 3/4 years of higher education in IT or equivalent.
 Expérience : 3 ans en système d'exploitation IT, réseaux et bases de données. / Experience: 03 years in IT operating systems, networks and databases.
 Général : Bilingue (Français/Anglais). / General: Bilingual (French/English).
Compétences Techniques (Skills)
 Bonne connaissance en administration et configuration réseaux, Scripting et automatisation. / Good knowledge of network administration and configuration, scripting and automation.
 Bonne connaissance en administration de base de données SQL Server. / Good knowledge of Sql server database administration.
Bonne connaissance Fortigate. / Good knowledge of Fortigate.
 Connaissance solide de Windows Server et Active Directory. / Solid knowledge of Windows server and active directory.
 Connaissance solide des environnements Unix. / Solid knowledge of Unix environments.

Exigences Particulières (Atouts) / Special Requirements (Assets)
 Connaissance du secteur des assurances serait un atout. / Knowledge of the insurance sector would be an asset.
Proactivité et disponibilité. / Proactivity and availability.
 Expérience en sécurité informatique serait un atout. / Experience in IT security would be an asset.
