MACROTECH est un intégrateur de solutions IT opérant au Cameroun et dans la sous-région Afrique Centrale depuis une vingtaine d’années.

Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, MACROTECH recherche un(e) Ingénieur(e) Systèmes Infras IT qui sera chargé(e) d’assurer le déploiement, l’administration, la maintenance et l’évolution des systèmes informatiques (serveurs, virtualisation, stockage) chez les clients de MACROTECH et sur les infrastructures internes.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Missions principales:

Déploiement & administration des systèmes:

Installer, configurer et administrer des serveurs Windows et Linux (AD, Messagerie, DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc.).
Déployer des environnements virtualisés (Hyper-V, VMware, Proxmox…) et des solutions de stockage (NAS, SAN).
Mettre en œuvre des solutions de sauvegarde, de supervision et de haute disponibilité.
Maintenance & évolution:

Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des infrastructures.
Diagnostiquer les incidents et mettre en œuvre les actions de remédiation.
Proposer des évolutions techniques pour améliorer la performance, la sécurité et la résilience.
Support & accompagnement client:

Intervenir chez les clients pour des projets d’intégration, de migration ou d’optimisation.
Rédiger la documentation technique et assurer les transferts de compétences.
Participer aux audits d’infrastructure et aux recommandations d’architecture.
Veille & expertise:

Assurer une veille technologique sur les systèmes, les outils d’administration et les bonnes pratiques.
Contribuer à l’enrichissement du catalogue de services MACROTECH.
Participer à la standardisation et à l’automatisation des déploiements.
Profil recherché

Formation / Expérience:

Bac+3/5 en informatique, systèmes ou réseaux.
Expérience de 2 à 3 ans minimum dans l’administration système ou l’intégration d’infrastructures.
Compétences techniques:

Maîtrise des environnements Windows Server et Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS…).
Connaissance des solutions de virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMware, Proxmox).
Expérience avec les solutions de stockage, sauvegarde, supervision (Veeam, Zabbix, Solarwinds, PRTG…).
Compétences en scripting (PowerShell, Bash) et en diagnostic système.
Atouts:

Certifications appréciées : Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), Linux+, VMware VCP, etc.
Expérience en environnement client ou en ESN/intégrateur.
Bilingue français/anglais.
IT Infrastructure Systems Engineer

MACROTECH is an IT solutions integrator operating in Cameroon and the Central African sub-region for over twenty years.

As part of its business expansion, MACROTECH is recruiting an IT Infrastructure Systems Engineer responsible for deploying, administering, maintaining, and upgrading IT systems (servers, virtualization, storage) for MACROTECH’s clients and internal infrastructures.

Job Description:

System Deployment & Administration:

Install, configure, and manage Windows and Linux servers (AD, Messaging, DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc.).
Deploy virtualized environments (Hyper-V, VMware, Proxmox) and storage solutions (NAS, SAN).
Implement backup, monitoring, and high-availability solutions.
Maintenance & Evolution:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructures.
Diagnose incidents and apply remediation actions.
Recommend technical upgrades to improve performance, security, and resilience.
Client Support & Assistance:

Work on client sites for integration, migration, or optimization projects.
Draft technical documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions.
Participate in infrastructure audits and provide architectural recommendations.
Research & Expertise:

Stay up to date with system technologies, administration tools, and best practices.
Contribute to the enhancement of MACROTECH’s service catalog.
Support standardization and automation of deployments.
Desired Profile

Education / Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3/5) in IT, systems, or networks.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in system administration or infrastructure integration.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux environments (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS…).
Knowledge of virtualization solutions (Hyper-V, VMware, Proxmox).
Experience with storage, backup, and monitoring tools (Veeam, Zabbix, Solarwinds, PRTG…).
Scripting and system diagnostics skills (PowerShell, Bash).
Assets:

Preferred certifications: Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), Linux+, VMware VCP, etc.
Experience in client environments or IT service companies/integrators.
Bilingual French/English.
