Organization: Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) Cameroon
Introduction:
The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) Cameroon invites reputable, eligible, and qualified vendors to submit expressions of interest for the provision of a wide range of services required to support our programs and operations.
This call aims to pre-qualify vendors capable of delivering high-quality services aligned with CHAI’s mission of improving access to healthcare and strengthening health systems.

Proposal Submission Requirements:
Interested vendors are required to submit the following documents as part of their proposal:
1. Company Profile:
o Provide an overview of your company, including its history, core competencies and full address
2. Experience and References:
o Detail your experience in providing similar services.
o At least three (3) professional references from previous or current clients
3. Technical Proposal:
o Detailed description of the methodology and approach for delivering services in the selected category(ies).
4. Financial Proposal:
o Price list or indicative price range for services offered.
5 5. Fiscal and Regulatory Compliance:
o Company Registration (Registre du Commerce)
o Taxpayer ID (Numéro Contribuable)
o Bank Attestation
o Fiscal Compliance Certificate (Attestation de Conformité Fiscale)
o Location Plan
6 6. Financial Capacity and Stability
Please provide information demonstrating your organization’s financial capacity and stability. This may include:
o Your organization’s current financial position
o Supporting documentation (e.g., audited financial statements or recent financial reports)
7 7. Conflict of interest
o A signed statement declaring any potential or perceived conflict of interest. Please find here a declaration form.
Submission Deadline:
· All proposals must be submitted no later than January 15th, 2026, at 5:00 PM (Cameroon time).
Submissions must be made exclusively online to the email address provided.
Physical copies deposited at the office will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Evaluation Criteria:
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
· Previous Experience & Technical Expertise – 40%
· Organizational References & Recommendations – 20%
· Fiscal & Regulatory Compliance Documents – 20%
· Prices / Rates Provided – 20%
Notification of Award:
The selected vendors will be notified by email at most one month after submission deadline. CHAI Cameroon will establish a service agreement with them, and they will be included in its vendor register and will be contacted for specific procurement as needed.
