The association One Woman Business is recruiting interns for its entrepreneurial project acceleration program. This intensive internship aims to support young talents in transforming an idea or an identified problem into a viable, well-structured business within a period of three (3) months.

Educational and Operational Objectives:

• Lead a business creation project from idea generation to market launch;

• Acquire fundamental business management skills (accounting, legal, human resources, sales);

• Master sales techniques, commercial negotiation, and customer relationship management;

• Develop skills in agile project management, negotiation, and fundraising.

PRIMARY ASSIGNMENTS

• Analysis Phase (Weeks 1–4): Idea validation, targeted market research, development of the Business Model Canvas, and assessment of technical and financial feasibility.

• Structuring Phase (Weeks 5–8): Legal formalization of the entity, development of a minimum viable product (MVP) or service, definition of commercial and operational strategy.

• Launch Phase (Weeks 9–12): Execution of initial sales initiatives, conduct of sales tests, finalization of the financing plan, and project presentation before an evaluation committee.

TARGET PROFILE

• Final-year student or recent graduate (minimum Bachelor’s degree +3 years of higher education) in any field, with a demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship;

• Proficiency in office and professional presentation software;

• Analytical skills, creativity, communication and writing abilities;

• Genuine passion and motivation for problem-solving;

• Rigor, autonomy, and sense of responsibility;

• Adaptability, resilience, and results orientation;

• Excellent interpersonal skills and initiative.
