Position Title: Office Boy
Location: Douala, Cameroon.

Job Overview

The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining the office premises, assisting with day-to-day operations, running internal and external errands, and providing general support to all staff to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and distribute office mail, packages, and documents
• Run external errands (bank, post office, government offices, supplies)
• Refill office supplies (water, tissues, toiletries, stationery)
• Assist with photocopying, filing, and document delivery
• Dispose of trash and ensure waste bins are emptied daily
• Report maintenance or repair needs to the Office Manager
• Open and close office as instructed
• Perform any other general duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum: Ordinary level Certification
• Ability to read and write basic English or French
• Physically fit and able to carry out cleaning tasks
• Punctual, honest, and well-mannered
• Neat personal appearance
• Previous experience as an office boy or messenger is an advantage but not required
• Must reside within [Insert City/Neighborhood] or nearby area

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Some Saturdays based on Company policies
• Occasional overtime may be required
