Main Purpose:
Supervise teaching and administrative staff; coordinate the Francophone and Anglophone sections; ensure discipline and compliance with official programmes and school procedures; organise staff meetings, class councils and school activities; monitor students’ academic performance; communicate with parents, educational authorities and Management.

Required Profile:
Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) or equivalent qualification in any relevant field; proven experience in secondary education, school leadership, administration or coordination; good knowledge of the Cameroonian Francophone and Anglophone education systems; strong leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills; familiarity with digital teaching tools is desirable; bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly desirable.
