Complexe TEBAP is a bilingual school located in Yaoundé, providing quality education through both the Francophone and Anglophone subsystems. The school promotes academic excellence, discipline, bilingualism and the holistic development of every learner.

Location: Nkolbisson, Yaoundé.

Main Purpose:
Ensure student supervision, discipline, safety and daily follow-up, while contributing to an orderly, respectful and learning-friendly school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor student attendance, lateness, absences and movements; ensure compliance with school rules, discipline procedures and the school dress code; prevent and manage disciplinary incidents in collaboration with the Principal and parents; supervise students during breaks, arrival and departure times, study periods and school activities; maintain discipline, attendance and student follow-up records; communicate with parents regarding student behaviour and attendance when necessary; support the implementation of the school’s administrative and safety procedures.
Required Profile:
Hold at least an HND or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any relevant field; training or experience in Education, Student Welfare, School Supervision, Administration or a related field is an advantage; previous experience in student supervision, discipline or school administration is desirable; positive authority, fairness, confidentiality, integrity and a strong sense of responsibility; ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and staff; good command of English or French, with bilingual ability being an advantage; familiarity with digital tools is desirable
