JOB OFFER – NIGHT AUDITOR DEPARTMENT : FRONT OFFICE

MISSION The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the hotel’s night operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, accurate end-of-day financial reconciliations, and smooth overnight functioning of the property. This role includes handling front desk duties, reviewing financial transactions, posting daily charges, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with luxury hotel service and brand standards. The Night Auditor acts as the main point of contact for guests during the night and ensures their safety, comfort, and satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS ET COMPETENCIES BTS hotel and catering, hotel management (diploma best suited to quickly move towards responsibilities) 2 years in a similar position experience required (in the luxury hospitality industry is an asset) Sense of welcome and interpersonal skills Adaptability and availability (shift morning or evening and public holidays) Fluent in English Proficiency in hotel management software, e.g., Opera, and basic computer skills (MS Office) Attention to detail and a job well done Rigor and efficiency Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Professional appearance and demeanor Knowing how to work alone at night and knowing how to make the right decisions in the event of a problem Have a sense of welcome and service
