Salary: 80,000 FCFA per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Secretary / Accounting Assistant to support the daily administrative and basic accounting activities of an automobile spare parts shop in Douala. The ideal candidate should be fluent in French, with English being an added advantage, and possess basic accounting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle daily secretarial and administrative tasks.
* Welcome and attend to customers professionally.
* Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.
* Prepare invoices, receipts, quotations, and other documents.
* Record daily sales and basic financial transactions.
* Assist with cash and payment tracking.
* Maintain customer and supplier records.
* Assist with stock and spare-parts documentation.
* Perform data entry and filing.


Requirements

* Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Fluent in French; good English is an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping.
* Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
