Background
FHI 360 is a non-profit human development organization dedicated to improving lives in lasting

Scope of Work
We wish to request a proforma invoice from your establishment for the supply of the services listed
below
This activity is scheduled to take place from 9th – 13th October 2026

pointer, bold markers, AC, wifi, distributors, hall set-up with
drinking water 1.5L/pax)

The proposal must include the following items:
- Well detailed presentation of the premises and services
- Up-to-date Administrative and legal documentation.
- Payment terms
Sample imags
The evaluation will be done in 03 stages:
✓ Analysis of the offers received (price factor) (10 marks)
✓ Inspection of administrative and legal documents (10 marks)
✓Analysis of the mages of the environment (facilities and equipments) (10 marks)

awards based on the solicitation activities
• FHI 360 has the right to issue amendments to the RFQ at any time
