FHI 360 is a global nonprofit human development organization committed to improving lives through
integrated, locally driven solutions. With more than 2,200 staff and experts working across over 60 countries,
the organization leverages research, technical expertise, resources, and strategic partnerships to address
development challenges and improve health and well-being. Present in Cameroon since 2019, FHI 360 works
with the Government of Cameroon and other stakeholders to strengthen health systems, improve health
outcomes, and enhance service delivery through its EpiC (Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic
Control) and STRIDES (Strengthening Infectious Disease Detection Systems) projects.
To support its operational requirements, FHI 360 Cameroon, through the EpiC & STRIDES Projects, invites
qualified and legally registered suppliers to submit competitive quotations for the supply and delivery of
office equipment to its office in Yaoundé. The procurement aims to ensure the availability of quality, fit-for-
purpose equipment that meets the specified technical requirements, delivery schedules, and warranty
conditions, while ensuring value for money, supplier reliability, and compliance with applicable FHI 360
procurement policies and procedures. Issuance of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) does not constitute a
commitment to award a contract or purchase any goods.
2. Scope of supply and technical requirements
Suppliers should quote each line item separately, indicating the unit price, quantity, total price, warranty,
availability, and delivery lead time. Equivalent products may be proposed only if clearly identified and
supported with documentation demonstrating equal or superior functionality. Suppliers must not substitute a
different model without expressly stating the proposed alternative and its specifications.
