Group Arkays is hiring.

Group Arkays is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales performance, strengthen dealer and customer relationships, and identify growth opportunities within Cameroon’s automobile and two‑wheeler market.

LOCATION Cameroon

INDUSTRY Automobile | 2 Wheelers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales and achieve targets within the assigned region

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key customers

• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities

• Ensure excellent customer service and after‑sales support

• Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred

• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably within the automobile or two‑wheeler industry

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and deliver against targets

• Fluency in both French and English is mandatory
