POSITION : LIFE INSURANCE SALES ENTREPRENEURS Locations : Douala, Yaoundé, Edéa, Kribi

Main Responsibilities :

• Prospecting and developing a portfolio of new clients

• Assessing client needs and providing tailored wealth management advice

• Negotiating and selling life insurance solutions

• Building customer loyalty and maintaining client relationships

Required Skills :

• Excellent presentation skills and strong verbal communication abilities

• Sales-oriented mindset and excellent negotiation skills

• Ability to handle interactions and challenges professionally and efficiently

• Experience in life insurance sales is an advantage

Required Profile :

• Age : Minimum 25 years

• Education : Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or higher)

• Minimum of two years of experience preferably in the insurance industry or a major advantage
